Preorder Orders

As all current products are offered on a preorder basis, orders may be cancelled and fully refunded within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, your order is locked into the production run and cannot be cancelled or refunded until the product has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will make it right. We stand behind the quality of every unit we ship.

Change of Mind

As each unit is produced in limited quantities specifically for preorder customers, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once the product has been shipped. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order.
