What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Light components that fail to function
- Electrical components that do not operate as intended
- Any manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase
If your product experiences any of the above issues within the warranty period, Dark Lab Design will repair or replace your unit at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Period
This warranty is effective for up to 2 years from the date of purchase, provided the product has been registered. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and expires 24 months thereafter.
How to Register Your Warranty
Registration is required to be eligible for any warranty claim. To register your warranty:
- Locate the warranty card and product number inside your packaging upon receiving your order
- Register your product using the details provided on the warranty card
- Keep your proof of purchase in a safe place as it may be required during a claim
Failure to register your warranty after purchase may result in your claim being ineligible. We strongly encourage all customers to register immediately upon receiving their order.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please email us hello@darklabdesign.com with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- Your registered product number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic or video evidence of the defect
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
Limitations of This Warranty
Dark Lab Design's sole and exclusive obligations under this warranty are limited to the repair and replacement of defective products as outlined above. Our total liability for any defective product shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid for the applicable product.
No Consequential Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Lab Design will not be liable or responsible for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to economic loss, damage to surrounding property, or any losses arising from the use or failure of the product.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Dark Lab Design disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Only the warranties expressly stated on this page apply to your product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, in which case this disclaimer may not fully apply to you.
Warranty Is Not Transferable
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product. It is non-transferable and non-assignable. Purchases made secondhand or through unauthorised resellers are not covered under this warranty.
Improper Usage and Acts of God
This warranty does not apply to damage, defects, or failure resulting from:
- Misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions
- Accidental damage caused by the user
- Acts of God including fire, flood, natural disaster, or any cause beyond the reasonable control of Dark Lab Design
Improper Electrical Connections
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Electrical power failure, high or low voltage surges
- Use of extension cords or third party adapters
- Improper grounding of the product
To protect your product and maintain warranty eligibility, only use the cable and plug provided by Dark Lab Design. Use of any third party cable, adapter, or power source will void your warranty immediately.
